Terms of Service

By accessing and using the services provided by Jedar Architects ("we," "our," or "us"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Jedar Architects. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services or website.

Jedar Architects provides comprehensive architectural and design services, including but not limited to:

• Architectural design and planning
• Interior design and space planning
• Project management and consultation
• 3D visualization and rendering
• Construction documentation
• Sustainability consulting

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with reasonable notice to our clients.

As a client of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for project execution
• Make timely decisions and approvals as requested
• Pay all fees and charges according to agreed terms
• Respect our intellectual property rights
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Communicate professionally and respectfully with our team

Fees and Billing

• All fees are quoted in the currency specified in the project agreement
• Payment schedules will be outlined in individual project contracts
• Additional work outside the original scope may incur extra charges
• Travel and related expenses may be billed separately

Payment Methods

We accept payments via:

• Bank transfers
• Certified checks
• Electronic payments (where available)

Late Payments

Late payments may be subject to interest charges and may result in suspension of services until payment is received in full.

Our Rights

All architectural designs, drawings, specifications, and related materials created by Jedar Architects remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.

Licensed Use

Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use the designs for the specific project as outlined in the agreement. This license does not include:

• Rights to modify designs without our consent
• Rights to use designs for other projects
• Rights to sell or distribute designs to third parties

Portfolio Rights

We reserve the right to use completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials, subject to reasonable confidentiality agreements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
• We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control
• Clients are responsible for obtaining necessary permits and approvals
• We recommend clients obtain appropriate insurance coverage

We understand the importance of confidentiality in architectural projects and commit to:

• Protecting confidential client information
• Not disclosing project details without permission
• Requiring our team and subcontractors to maintain confidentiality
• Implementing appropriate security measures for data protection

This confidentiality obligation survives termination of our services and continues indefinitely, except where disclosure is required by law.

Termination by Client

Clients may terminate services with written notice. Termination fees may apply as outlined in the project agreement.

Termination by Us

We may terminate services if:

• Payment terms are not met
• Client breaches these Terms
• Project becomes unfeasible or unsafe
• Professional standards cannot be maintained

Post-Termination

Upon termination:

• Payment is due for all work completed
• We will return client materials upon request
• Intellectual property rights remain with us until full payment
• Confidentiality obligations continue

These Terms are governed by the laws of Iraq. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved through:

• Initial good-faith negotiation between parties
• Mediation by a mutually agreed mediator
• Arbitration or court proceedings as applicable

The exclusive jurisdiction for any legal proceedings will be the courts of Baghdad, Iraq.
